Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise specified or on backorder.
- Backorders: Typically take up to 14 days depending on demand.
- Order Delays: During high-volume periods, shipments may take additional time in transit. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Offers
- Free Shipping: Standard free shipping on retail orders over $50. Valid only in the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations).
- Free shipping orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise specified.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for orders under $50 or expedited options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- The Golden Triangle is not responsible for any customs, duties, or extra taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy

- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: We accept returns and exchanges on items in new or slightly used condition.
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
- Method: All returns and exchanges are processed by mail.
- Prior Authorization Required: No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.
- Return Label: To request authorization and a return label, email us at info@goldtri.com. We will email you a printable return label.
- Return Shipping Cost: Free (Return labels are provided at no cost to you).
Fees & Refunds
- Restocking Fees: $0 (No restocking or handling fees apply).
- Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.
